Initially this will involve your dietitian getting to know you with discussions about your lifestyle, social situation, medical history, food preferences, eating habits, cooking skills, exercise or activity levels plus much more. Should you wish we can also take some weight measurements, body composition analysis and other health tests.

Payment is accepted at time of consultation by either cash, cheque, credit card or Eftpos. A deposite prior to your appointment may also be required.
